I've been a couple of times to Rasa Rasa and the dishes have been flavourful and tasty. Very friendly, low key, casual vibe. Go there with a few people so you can eat family style and try different dishes!

Im not even vegetarian and thought the Tofu Tex was excellent. Chicken satay and pork belly were also standout. Nice space and friendly service!

Wonderful Asian-indo based authentic food with excellent corner store vibe. Loved their south Asia Street food style plate. Watch out for their spicy chili paste it's fire.

My Indonesian wife loves this place, and they are really personal and friendly. When our daughter was not feeling well, they made her some special food and put ‘get well’ on the package. Very thoughtful. Food is authentic and delicious . We have been back several times and it’s going to be our regular lunch stop when in the city to visit our daughter.

The food was fantastic, and we got excellent service! The chicken satay was the best I've had. Nasi bakmoy was very refreshing. Jackfruit was interesting, worth a try

Indonesian food is amazing! Everything we ate was absolutely delicious. Sad to see we were the only ones dining on a Sunday night, this place deserves its flowers. Had a lovely chat with the owner, who mentioned that other Indonesian restaurants have closed down due to lack of business. Please support, the quality and value for the food is top notch. Will be back for more!

- the seating doesn’t have back support
- it’s not full service, you’ll be ordering from your phone
- they add a 20% tip automatically but call it a service charge and then put a tip option so you’ll be tipping 35-45% without realizing
- the menu is terrible compared to the food truck (I love the food truck in mission bay btw)
- the food isn’t better than the food truck

Enjoyed a great dinner here. Me and a friend shared the beef rendang bowl which was very filling and paired it with the pan fried noodles which were sweet and tasty. For the appetizer, we had the fried cassava which taste very similar to French fries, soo pretty good in my book.

I don’t think I’ve had Indonesian food before, and while I liked most of what we ate, I wasn’t a fan of some of them. We all enjoyed the satay, turmeric chicken and the fried rice. The Gado Gado for me had too much dressing and the fries (cassava I think?) were kind of bland. Other things on the menu might be good, so I’d say it’s worth checking out
service is amazing. Place is great, but food is not so good.
Fish cake: very tough, bland, and VERY watery cuko. Hella sour too. I get that it’s vinegar, but there’s not a single spices went into it. Very disappointing.
Gudeg: hella sweet, terrible. No other flavor but sweet.
Some peanut tofu: mediocre seasoning, it’s as if they’re using old peanut. You can taste the “old”ness in it.
Cassava: so hard. They could have boiled first before frying it.
Crackers: for $5??? It’s so hard it actually makes the roof of my mouth bled.

The vibe was great, and the service was great - the host was very friendly. Yet I would not go there again.
You have to order from a QR menu, which includes a mandatory 18% tip which was a bit odd.
The food was OK, but for the price they are charging it was not worth it. We ordered the chicken sateh, which was pretty good, but to charge $20 for it is outrageous. The beef in the sourdough was an interesting take on indonesian cuisine, but the bread was very dry.
I had high hopes for an interesting take on indonesian cuisine, but was let down
