I had high hopes for Rudi’s to carry on the tradition of Giordanos (5 star), but it’s unfortunately falling short of what it use to be. The wings/sauce are still one of the best in the city, but it ends there AND the wings are 2-3x as much as they were not too long ago. The quality of the Pittsburgh style sandwich has degraded the bread is no longer fresh and soaking everything up, the slaw is really oily and the steak is not as lean. Nice neighborhood sports bar, right across the street from the Roxie theater. Long bar seating on one side, tables on the other. Lots of TVs, 24 beer taps (only about 16 in use at my visit), decent back bar selection, and even a good choice of rums. Good sized wings with great buffalo sauce, mozz sticks could be better, but are ok. Food prices are a little high.

Went out to celebrate my birthday (and watch copa America final), started out alone and ended up making friends with bartenders, the owner, and a few patrons. This place was a great vibe. They sang happy birthday to me and overall the ambiance is on point. Dope spot for sure
