Wow just wow. This has got to be the world's rudest Safeway. The ladies in the deli are awful. Asked them a question about seafood since no one was there and they just dismissed me twice and said not my department. Sorry but please hire people with better customer service not from a dim sum restaurant. Not racist I'm chinese and already have a lot of patience with rudeness. I'm writing this for my elderly parents who went on their final visit at the Taraval Safeway today. Much of their complaints are similar to previous customers - dirty store, unstocked shelves, no one to help them when looking for an item not on the shelves, spoiled food, unpleasant security guards who follow you around, and incorrect charges on their receipt by the cashier. I have been going to Safeway for quite a long time and have never felt so unsafe to step into safeway due to one particular security guard.(tall, skinny , African American).
