The price is cheap, the coffee is good. Banh mi xiu mai is fine, maybe the finest. The menu said "bánh mì heo quay" but the pork is just caramelized and doesn't taste legit. Heo quay or roasted pork is very different from what they serve. The same problem with roasted chicken. It's not gà quay at all.
I give a 4 to support Vietnamese aunties, but have to say it's not authentic bánh mì, not even close to Bánh mì heo quay and Bánh mì gà...
Really sweet ladies that work there. I got the roast pork sandwich and pork belly sandwich. I liked the roast pork one more. Vietnamese coffee is so sweet and delicious. When i went at 10am there was a line of about 5 people but it only took 10min.
Average banh mi and I’ve had my fair share of banh Mi, both in the bay and in Vietnam. I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while but honestly was disappointed. I think the biggest let down is the quality of the bread. I came around 10:30am on a Friday so maybe they didn’t have fresh bread yet? It was a bit stale and dry. Can’t complain about the price though but it is cash only.

My current favorite spot is banh mi crunch.
