Decaf coffee machine was broke but the pumpkin spice scone was amazing. This is a small Starbucks in the witcomb hotel still under renovation. Staff is friendly and service was pretty quick

I bought a breakfast sandwich for a homeless man here once. At first, he wanted me to give him money so he could buy something to eat. I got him a sandwich and an Odwalla. I made his day! I've rarely come here for a coffee drink. There's barely a table to sit on and enjoy your delicacy. Just stand up and face Market Street. Mmm!

Decent walk through location conveniently located by a hotel and The Orpheum theater which is where we were headed. No seating as with most SF locations like this which is hard for my 82 year-old mother-in-law that was with me. But as she is learning to use the app and order, the staff was patient and helpful. Drinks were fine. With all the foot traffic and some customers that linger a lot, more frequent front area cleaning and sanitizing is highly recommended. No restrooms here.
