Horrendous wait times, even when they're not busy. They move far too slow for a coffee shop. The product is what you would expect from Starbucks, but it's not worth the wait. And it's not like there's somewhere you can sit and relax while your order is prepared, so you end up with 30 people crowded around the counter waiting for one person to prepare everyone's drink. go elsewhere.

This one star is specifically for the person in control pf the baked goods this morning. His attitude was horrendous/ aggressive. Everyone else there knew how to deal with a crowd -and didn't take it out on the customers.

Decaf coffee machine was broke but the pumpkin spice scone was amazing. This is a small Starbucks in the witcomb hotel still under renovation. Staff is friendly and service was pretty quick

Worst starbucks by far in the city. They absolutely do not care about anything at this location. - Store is ALWAYS dirty - Baristas are ALWAYS clueless - Things are NEVER stocked - Food and drinks take way too long - Everyone working there seem like they hate it too I've never been to a location so bad. I ordered a simple tea lemonade, and so did the person behind me. The girl making our drinks made just one in the same pitcher, poured the drinks out into two separate cups, didn't fill the drink up whatsoever, looked at the missing liquids, walked over to the water, and filled it up. Kidding me? Tea lemonade, two ingredients lol how do you still mess that up? I watched as the girl slowly made the drinks and had her area getting backed up. Two other baristas on the floor and no one came to help her. They just both stood around looking clueless. She literally was struggling and messing up drinks left and right. There used to be really nice and efficient workers at this location, but when I asked what happened to everyone, was told that the manager fired everyone and hired an entire new crew. So management is obviously not knowing what to do, hired an entire new crew, threw them on the floor not knowing what to do, and has left them out for dead. Seriously, the worse starbucks ever. Save yourself some time and go to the Starbucks across the street. Management needs to get their act together if they want this store to last or honestly they should just get rid of it all together.

I bought a breakfast sandwich for a homeless man here once. At first, he wanted me to give him money so he could buy something to eat. I got him a sandwich and an Odwalla. I made his day! I've rarely come here for a coffee drink. There's barely a table to sit on and enjoy your delicacy. Just stand up and face Market Street. Mmm!

Terrible service. Ordered an iced coffee with milk and sweetener. Milk sat at bottom and was not stirred in and as I found out later, no sweetener was added. Male barista with dark curly hair handed me the ice coffee with no top on it in a very crowded area. No covers at the counter...had to carry it through crowd over to the right of the counter. They had about 4 sizes that all kind of look the same and I didn't know which fit .... so ended up having to throw two tops away. :-( Wasteful and sad. None of the stirrers are long enough to help me properly stir my coffee so milk remained pooled at bottom. Also, since there are no straws, now there is an open hole in the cover near the edge that you can sip from...but if you are just trying to carry it without drinking, the coffee spills out. Asked for a stopper to prevent spilling...barista said "no" in a not very nice way. For a $5 coffee, this was a terrible non-starbucks experience. This was not a complicated order.

They opened an HOUR AND A HALF late. I had placed an order over the phone the night before to pick soon after they were meant to open. After waiting 30 minutes at the door for then to open, they still didn't have my order ready, scrambled to find the scap of paper they wrote it on, then took 20 minutes make it. This was for a very time sensitive event and I had scheduled Starbucks to give plenty of leeway and they made me 30 minutes late and nearly cost me my job. If I could give a lower rating I would.
