I visited yesterday for the first time and have to admit that I was very happy. The service was friendly and met very nice customers while I was studying. I will definitely keep coming back.
The staff here treats the students that come in somewhat disrespectfully, I understand they are kids but they are also customers. I believe because they are so inundated with these students that kind of disservice seeps to other customers as well. I'm over 30 but I do look very young and every time I come here I feel very dismissed unfortunately regardless if they are busy or not.
Good place to relax and get some reading done. The people that work here are very kind and do their job well. Plus it has inside seating which is nice, because most Starbucks don't have seating anymore.
