Why are the best taquerias always inside gas stations or corner stores? This is one of those taquerias. Food quality sometimes depends on time of day or who is making your meal, and they are so quick and so busy that you might have to repeat any special requests twice, but even with that in mind you can be sure this is one of the best taquerias in a city known for its delicious Mexican food. Not a sit down restaurant, take out only. There’s always parking out front too!

I like this place because the beans and rice have good flavor on their own. They have a nice good flavored pico de gallo. I sometimes get the flautus plate with rice and beans and all the toppings and or a burrito.

Despite occasional inconsistencies, the food quality is top-notch, with a line almost always present. The menu includes favorites like the super taco and delicious carnitas, as well as vegetarian options like the chile relleno. Prices can be a bit high, but portions are generous. Parking is convenient, with metered spots available during the day and a large parking area in front of the building. The small eating spot inside is perfect for a quick meal, but most customers opt to take their food to go. The staff, mostly women, work efficiently to serve up tasty meals.
