Starbucks

This Starbucks in Levi’s Plaza is a neighborhood go-to spot for coffee and meeting neighbors. I have been going here for over 30 years. The staff are very friendly and drinks are done perfectly. It’s one of those places where they know your name and your preferences by heart. The only problem is it isn’t open longer in the day (closes at 5PM) and is closed on weekends.

I just found out that Starbucks corporate is planning to close this location next month. I can’t understand why because it is busy during the day and a perfect location to enjoy the park. I hope they reconsider.

In a downpour a refuge. Luckily with a restroom even if not easy to access. Friendly staff!

This is the first Starbucks I’ve been to that has NO comfy place inside to sit. All hard stools and metal chairs. If it weren’t so cold I’d have gotten my coffee to go.

He doesn't even have a toilet!! How can a restaurant not have toilets!!

RE: Starbucks reply: thank you for your canned response. I’d recommend you improve your processes or use some of your profit to hire more folks. Supply chain isn’t that difficult if you in invest time and people.

When I paid for my 7 dollar sandwich in cash, they took 25 cents tip without asking me. Its not about 25 cents its about them not asking me before taking it.

Espresso shots always tastes expired. Guy with beard and glasses never smiles nor makes any eye contact with his guests, a coffee master?Energy is never good.

They do not give straws for large Fraps if you are ordering via Doordash.

This is an unusable cafe in that it has no restrooms. Combine that fact with the horrid Starbucks coffee it serves and one is left with little reason to come here. All that said, the staff is always superb, the overall setting is quite nice, and there are no other cafes in the immediate vicinity.

I recently went to a Starbucks and wanted to share my experience. Overall, this experience can be called average.

First off, the coffee tastes delicious as always. Starbucks' signature coffee is consistent, but there aren't many surprises. Also, the coffee prices were relatively high, which also gave me some hesitation.

Service-wise, the staff is generally friendly and efficient. However, during busy times, the waiting time can sometimes be a bit long.

Environmentally, Starbucks generally provides a pleasant place to sit and work or relax. But some branches may be more crowded and noisier than others.

Overall, Starbucks is a good choice, but not too special. If you just want to have a cup of coffee and take a break, then it's a suitable choice.
