1st time in San Francisco. My wife is gluten free. This means she calls the shots on what we can eat. I was amazed with the options that popped up for gluten free restaurants. We chose XICA! Great food and service. Had the enchiladas and they were amazing. Using fresh masa tortillas, covered in red/ green sauce that was finger licking worthy.Also had the papa tacos, very great.They also had gluten-free options.

I was very impressed with the quality of the food. I can see that the cooks do know how to make food in a very traditional way. I know it's a Mexican food place, but the attention to detail in the quality of the food, does stand out.
