Convenient location right on the main floor of the office building I was visiting for Company business. It was always very busy, no matter what time I popped down to grab a drink and bite. Highly recommend you pre-order 10-15 minutes prior to pickup...it typically took that long. Friendly staff, and drinks done right each and every time!
I just have to comment, went to Starbucks today to buy cold brew coffee. I needed thirty, which they had only twelve. The store manager, Jon quiambao, and district manager Tricia Somboonsiri, went above and beyond. They sent someone to another store to pick up the extra coffee. Thank you Starbucks, and employees for doing the extra work at 555 California st

This particular Starbucks Outlet - just up the Street from the "Omni San Francisco Hotel" - is a place we visited before, many times, on previous Trips to SF, and we came back again, Saturday March 14th, 2020. We enjoyed Coffees + heated Snacks, delivered by competent Staff, in reassuringly clean surroundings, as we worried about getting home to Ireland with the just-announced "Travel Ban" looming. We recommend this Venue, based on our several visits here.
