STK San Francisco offers a warm and welcoming dining experience with attentive service. The $10 burger lunch special is a must-try, and the crispy fries complete the dish perfectly. The Bourbon Maple glazed salmon is a standout dish. The steaks are juicy and cooked perfectly, literally melting in your mouth. The sides are delicious and on point. The cocktails are delicious and everything tastes fresh with complex flavors. The server was very polite and exuded a professional yet relaxed vibe, providing impeccable service and on point suggestions. STK is a great addition to the SF steakhouse scene with an excellent location near the waterfront and a beautiful interior. Filets were excellent and prepared as ordered, medium rare. The wine sauce and the Chimichurri sauce were both excellent additions. Wine was nice and they had a good range from high to low on prices for wine. Service was very good, especially once you arrive at your table. The energy only gets more and more energetic every time. SO MUCH FUN! Besides the great customer service, ambiance and delicious food, oh and FANTASTIC DJ- the highlight was when all staff came together and danced with trays of free shots to pass out. It was giving VIP at a club vibe! Which was enjoyed so much. 10/10 ordered lobster and ribeye with a side of lobster Mac and cheese and mash potatoes. Delicious! PHENOMENAL STAFF!

However, recent visits have been disappointing for some guests. One reviewer mentioned poor service from the start, with no check-ins or help when asking about the happy hour menu. When trying to order more, staff seemed dismissive, and the attitude from the server made the experience unpleasant. Another guest noted slow service and disoriented timing, despite the restaurant not being busy, with many empty tables and some women's bathrooms out of order. On a positive note, a guest praised a newer server who only worked there for two months but was terrific and very sweet, making their first visit a memorable experience.
