We were in the mood for a subway and my friend and I came to get a takeaway. As soon as we arrived, the waiter was FaceTime'ing with a friend while he was serving us, so we felt like we were annoying him...We asked for a drink from the fountain but the machine had run out of gas, we asked for chocolate cookies but he gave us raisin cookies!We were charged 5 for every 4 sandwiches we took! In short, this Subway is to be avoided! It's easy to see why the ratings are so low ....

Get better staffing at this location! Don’t say a pickup order is ready if it isn’t. It took 35 min of waiting after arriving at the location before they even made my pickup order that said it was ready before I arrived. Really unfair to the one person working trying to manage that many orders at once. Looking at other reviews, this place should be shut down already.

Not sure how this place stays open. Last time I went they were “closed for cleaning” during their normal operational hours and rudely kicked me out despite other customers ordering. Today, I got a Sprite fountain drink which tasted absolutely nothing like Sprite at all. Probably doesn’t pass a health inspection either. Also extremely stingy with their ingredients.

For whatever reason, this location does not accept coupons. There is no sign, notice, etc outlining this policy, and I doubt it's allowed by the franchisor. We got to watch two footlongs get made in front of us only to be informed of this policy. We were given a different story every time we objected and pointed out that the coupon was valid in store and not expired. Forget about using the coupons online too, they stopped taking online orders. Very disappointed with this location.

Horrible service from staff and this store also closes earlier than the stated store hours. This place also does not accept any coupons.

I had the veggie patty sub and there were so many things wrong with it. First of all, I think they need to heat the bread, patty and cheese more, it felt not heated properly. Secondly the patty had a weird artificial taste, it is hard to explain but basically the quality was not good.Edit: I think it was the provolone cheese whose taste I don't like and nothing wrong with the patty because the part with pepper jack tasted fine to meVegetarian options: Yes they have veggie patty

It was a really bad experience. I ordered 2 foot long sandwiches and I used my coupon. The lady rejected my order because it was less money in comparison to what's written on the menu. I said, I used my coupon but she didn't listen and cancelled my order. My kids were very hungry and she completely refused to make sandwiches.

I ordered on the app for FTBOGO and my order went through. Walked to this location to the employee saying the owner canceled my order because he didn’t like the price that I paid for the footlong. There was no notification at all.Don’t go to this cheap stake owner.

I placed a mobile order at this location, and I used a promo code as part of this order. The order went through, and I went over to pick it up. The cashier told me that the owner's policy was to cancel any order using a promo code because he didn't want to honor it. If this is the owner's policy, he should not honor the code to begin with - waiting until the customer travels to the location ensures that he'll lose much more than a % off an order. Considering there are half a dozen other Subway locations in this city, I'll gladly go elsewhere.

Order on subway app online but when I arrived to the store the staff told me the owner cancelled my order and would not honor a BOGO on the subway app . Terrible service and staff , will not go to them again

Well, I come over to order the Footlong steak sandwich & The cashier clerk said, what kind of bread you I want & I said Italian bread & I told the cashier everything accept no mustard. But, Instead they accidentally gave me mustard, which F****** hate because it's bitter & sour. But, good news is they got order right on my large soft drink & Sun French Onion chips.But, I could tell the employee are young in there early 20's & totally inexperienced in making subway sandwiches for customer. Also, I understand 100% the young employee is just learning on a job training & gaining experience making delicious sandwiches & learning how to count cash & coin (Like Math) on a cashier machine for the customer service.It's just my honest opinion & I'm just saying!!! Overall, there OKAY!!!Grade: C+ (Very Okay)
