Every time I book with Open Table, I list my allergies (numerous) but it's generally hit or miss whether anyone actually reads it ahead of our arrival or acknowledges it when we check in. Not so at Taksim! 5* just for the level of seriousness and attention they paid to making sure I knew exactly what was in each dish, what I could/couldn't eat.
