We tried two different of the soufflé pancakes. Unfortunately the strawberry one really didn’t taste like anything. I didn’t get any flavor of strawberry or anything at all. The pancakes themselves tasted kind of strong egg flavor to me.
The crime brûlée one was better as far as the taste, but as you can see from the photo they only caramelized one tiny spot on the pancake, and that was really the most flavorful part.
Advice for improvement is flaking...

Certain items can be a miss but anytime I’ve shared an issue they replaced it no problem and offered suggestions. I like the watermelon freeze with aloe and the strawberry matcha cheezo with boba. Spam musubi and popcorn chicken are also good. Clean spot, not crowded when I’ve been.

Been wanting to try this place out for awhile now, but it’s always been packed or no where to park. Finally had the chance to give it a shot. Staffs were friendly and you can either order from the kiosk or counter. Tons of exciting choices to choose from and they also have snacks. Definitely a hidden gem/underrated boba spot in the area. Definitely will be back!
