My mom's side is from Shandong, which is the origin of this homey authentic dumpling shop. Shandong is known for their noodle and flour-based dishes so I can tell how good this place is.You absolutely must get the Xian Cold Noodle - the noodle is so stretchy, thin and chewy, the sauce has the perfect balance of spicy and sour, and the cucumbers are always fresh and juicy! May seem a little dirty or “sketchy” at first but once you enter and sit down it feels comforting and inviting. Service is very nice and fast. The food is very good all around, you could close your eyes and pick something at random and you would still enjoy it.

confirmed the chef changed sometime in the last 2 months. Some dishes (cold noodles) were similarly tasty, but most others were very noticeably saltier. Personally, I'll let my happy memories of this restaurant stay alive before the chef changed and not be back again sadly :"(
