This is a fantastic mom-and-pop soup shop with authentic Teo Chow/Vietnamese noodles. I enjoy having the soup on the side to balance the slightly oily, well-seasoned noodles. The dish includes a variety of proteins: fish ball, fish cake, ground meat, steamed shrimp, fried shrimp, and lean pork. It reminds me of my aunt's cooking. I’ll definitely return.
Very pleasant and welcoming restaurant in the sunset just a couple of blocks from 19th Avenue. It’s Vietnamese and Chinese (Chu chow) style food with a focus on soups and noodles. We ordered two similar dishes, the braised duck with won ton (#9 on the menu) and soup on the side. One bowl had the thin noodles while the other had the thick or wider noodles.
