They charge $50 for cover at the door. They change the prices person to person. Sp we opted for bottle service. Apparently 5 red bulls are $125. I ordered one red bull the bottle service girl didnt explain I was ordering a bucket. They will exploit you if youre drunk. Very shady place.

Bad experience this past weekend. There’s an older Asian woman who works the front, insanely rude to women. Talked very condescendingly when my friend & I had a simple question about admission for the club. Brushed this off, tried to have a good time. Music wasn’t very good, club never got packed, and no one was really dancing. If you want to have a fun clubbing night in SF, don’t hit the Grand.

Honestly, very disappointed. The place has nice interior design, and I really expected a good night… but the music sucks. I came specifically for Thursday Latin Night because that’s what they advertise, and it was NOT happening at all. No Latin vibe, no proper DJ, nothing that matched what they promote. Huge letdown. If you’re going because you expect real Latin music on Thursdays, don’t bother. False advertising and a waste of time. I won’t be coming back until they fix it.

I finally got to give this one a try. It’s cool inside but it’s just not worth it. They’ll handout free entry tickets before a certain time and if the event gets enough RSVPs they’ll change the tickets from free guest list to discounted which is interesting, they charge based off gender too which already says a lot about a nightclub and it’s atmosphere. cocktails will run you $16-20 with their house liquor and no re-entry for your $50 cover. Also credit card fees are hefty

Bar tender didn’t return my credit card after ringing up the bill, neither did he ask whether to keep my card open or close out. A huge inconvenience only realizing at the end of night and having to return for it the next day. Bad business practice and bad service. This was at the Bed by 10pm event.
2 stars so people actually see it really 0 stars Security moves like a gang unsure how it is even legal for this place to operate. Patrons are just as bad . Was VIP and somehow had a worse experience than GA. Go anywhere else

i hate to write a bad review, but that was genuinely awful. every experience i had with their employees was rude. i might just not be nightclub girl, but so far i’ve been to pretty good clubs besides this. likely because it’s 18+ instead of 21, but that doesn’t mean the employees should be mean or the crowd should be groping. AND i paid a ridiculous amount to get in, idc who was playing that was a grift.
