Great place for a quick bite before/after the symphony/Opera/jazz show. There is something for everyone on the menu, the staff is kind and efficient and the food is really tasty. Definitely not cafe prices. Two people is easily $45+ without booze.
Welcomed at the door, self-order style but still tended to and checked in on by staff who were friendly and efficient. Fluffy eggs, delicious combinations and earnest sourdough. Cool interior with inset fountain and lumber canopy. Frickin delicious and mellow enough to sit with a book.

The food here is always amazing. I went here recently for brunch on a Saturday morning. They were pretty packed, and I felt like the waiters forgot about us -- my buddy's breakfast sandwich didn't even come with all of it's standard ingredients. But I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt because it was weekend brunch time and because the food is consistently delicious. So they still they still get 5 stars from me!
