Fabulous!! We had the best dinner here last night. Fluffy salted focaccia, plump mussels with incredible pistou broth made with sorrel and carrot tops, asparagus with bacon and a perfectly cooked egg, and delicious al dente casarecce pasta with pork ragu and pizza from the wood oven with a drizzle of olive oil. Everything was cooked perfectly, the ingredients are so fresh and treated with love by the chefs. Chef Joseph even made us a personal skillet of semolina olive oil cake...

The food was so good. Unfortunately the space is so big the back half was empty. The worst part was the lighting. Our table we under what felt like Stadium lighting. I dont remember the lighting being so bad when it was Rose Pistola. They need to dim the lights or turn some off so the ambiance is a good as the food!
