Avoid at all costs! Would give it 0 stars if I could. Absolutely horrendous service, where the bartender tries to publicly shame you for not tipping him enough (all he did was open a tap for 10 seconds to serve me a beer).

Had the bowl at the Mi Casa Cantina. Enjoyed the meal. Quick to serve, tasty and filling. I chose the Soy Churizo as my protein, and it was very yummy. Right level of cooking and a perfect tinge of spice in it.

It's fascinating the way that restaurants continue to find new ways to rip off customers. The food at this place was fine - typical overpriced airport food and watered-down cocktail. ($53 for a weak bloody mary and a quesadilla that did not include all the ingredients listed on the menu.)

However, in order to get any food, one has to navigate a ridiculously complicated and poorly-designed online menu. Then they have the audacity to add an autmatic 20% tip to the bill, notwithstanding that no one who works there actually provided any service. The bartender made the drink that I ordered and walked in a couple of steps to my table to deliver it. Someone emerged from the kitchen and dropped a cardboard box containing my food order on the table - no napkin or fork, which I had to find for myself. And for this they charge a 20% tip on top of the high prices. 5% would be appropriate considering that the customer is required to do the work usually performed by a tipped server.

It’s hard to leave bad reviews but I write this in hopes that the people who come after experience a good time.

I ordered a meat bowl and was quoted a 10 minute wait time by the staff who were kind and friendly with no problem. There was a lot of people crowding as if waiting for their order , not sure how long theirs took but I got mine at the quoted time. I also saw people expressing some anger over a 20 minute wait time when I first arrived but the staff swiftly tried to fix their problem.

I got the steak bowl and was just massively disappointed at the “steak”. It was definitely over cooked with little to 0 seasoning, with a massive chewiness that made me not want to even take more than the three pieces I really tried to enjoyed.

The beans rice and other sides were definitely nice and had me consider that if I ordered a different protein this review would turn out a lot more positive.

As lousy as some existing reviews indicate: uninspired food direct from industrial wholesale supply with no inkling of freshness; sloppy service, and if you sit in the bar area without ordering a drink the bar area server will pressure you. Not welcoming or worth it - will seek other options in adjacent T1 next time coming through!

A nice spacious outlet for fast food, snacks, sandwiches, drinks, juices etc in the San Francisco international airport departures. Tried a nice veg sandwich loaded with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions etc. it was scrumptious and tasty. Quite filling.

ATTENTION!!! Take care of the goods offered in the refridgerator. There are no price tags. The prices are horendous!! (For a pack of salami, a sandwich and a pack of doritos they wanted to charge me 35 dollars!!)
Thats scam! Avoid this location.
