It was nice as the food came out quickly still hot and fresh. They had great service and were very flexible with our order. My only complaint would be a little bit of loud beeping with the doors open.

PUKED MY GUTS OUT after having the vegetable fried rice.. I went in and there was no one in the restaurant which I should have taken as a sign, still I thought maybe it was because it was weekday. Ate the rice and got one more order to go as it was decent in taste, roamed around for 20 min and got sick, rushed to my hotel and puked. DONT EVER GO HERE..

Felt very very rushed Food came very quick Would not recommend It was very bland My partner eats everything but did not eat this The spice on table was dated best before 2019 We left 25 doller tip which was more than enough considering the above but they argued with us that we should have left $35 !!!

Perhaps the best Ramen I've ever had in my life, first time in chinatown and I feel like this was the best 20 dollars spent here and the best part was their staff, super friendly and super polite and they even gave me a free candy for sour throat :)Definitely recommended!Show some love and visit toppu :)Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options are as equal as the non veg options! I recommened the tofu rice personally

Seriously, how is this place even open? They serve you a frozen store bought dim sum that smells weird and it will make you sick.Ladies working there walk in circles around the restaurant while you're eating, non stop, which makes it for a weird dining experience as well.Even if you crave dimsum late at night while all the other restaurants are closed, please do not go!

It's a tourist trap. You can go deeper into Chinatown and find much better quality food for cheap. You can tell since it's always dead while the restaurants next door is packed. Poor quality food given the price. It was also slow but we were the only ones there. Best to avoid this place.

Food and service is excellent. They pay attension for quality. I really like the authenticity of japanese food. Especially their tonkatsu ramen. Very neat place, which reflects the japanese culture. Really chill ambience in the middle of bustling chinatown. Highly recommended

Pay attention to the negative reviews, they are accurate. Food is above average but for a $15 plate was charged total $21 by forcing hidden tips of 20% on top of taxed price. Then in the final bill sign they leave a blank spot for tips, in case you missed out to see a 20% forced tip was added. The only service is initial brining of food and water and then the bill. At this price point there are many more options.
