Tosca Cafe serves wonderful food, with excellent pasta and desserts. Although the acoustics can be loud, the location is great. The restaurant offers a private dining room for special occasions, providing a first-class atmosphere and service. While the food may not be as outstanding as before, the meatballs are excellent, and the bar serves great negronis.
