Today i went to dine, I don't know the server name she was a skinny Latina girl light skin. I don't she has a language problem she ordered me the wrong food. I ordered ravioli with promodoro, they brought me ravioli with pesto, after I ask for the check took her about 10 mins she didn't ask if we need anything else!! The food was good, but the server very disappointed.
Unfortunately terrible management customer service, so I would not recommend. I am giving 2 stars only because the food is actually quite good, and the in-person wait staff have always been friendly. However the manager is sadly unfriendly, unhelpful, and she crosses over to rude and accusatory. This is shocking and unusual for someone in the hospitality industry, though as I look through these reviews I see I am not the only one who has had a similar bad experience. I order the Salmon with lemon and capers to go. It would have been fine if they didn't put it in the same container as the side order of pasta, which, of course, turned my entree into Salmon with lemon and capers and red sauce. Maybe if they switched over to paper take-out containers they could afford to use two (and help the environment.)
