Food is really great and the chef’s accommodating and very nice
Went to the food truck experience at SPARK social SF. Fun spot, lots going on. The WH42 truck had garlic noodles advertised; I was sold!! Got it with the shrimp. The batter delicious (you can eat shell, tails and all) and the noodles absolutely hit the spot!! Well done!
And I thought the chicken here was good the katsu had to be one of the best things I ever tried was hella bomb🔥

The garlic noodles are a popular menu item and are described as hella bomb, the best food ever eaten, and absolutely hitting the spot. They are very garlicky, well seasoned, hot, fresh, and come in a big portion for a good price. The garlic noodles can be ordered with shrimp or chicken. The shrimp are large, chonky, crispy, juicy, and flavorful, with a delicious batter that allows the shell and tails to be eaten. The chicken is super crispy yet tender, slightly sweet and spicy. The garlic noodle chicken was so good and did not disappoint. The dipping sauces were great, with a lighter sauce that is sweeter with a hint of wasabi. A side of mac salad is Hawaiian level of creaminess with some onions. The serving size is not appropriate for diets. The customer service is friendly, and the final verdict is that the food is crazy good.
