“This is by far the WORST service I've ever got from a Wingstop. They gave me the wrong order. I called to advise them of the issue and was put in hold. The GM answered ( no one ever told me I was being transferred nor did I ask for a manager) he was so Rude and has zero customer service skills he should be fired. He told me I could come get it ( no way to do that) so i asked for a refund. He said ok and hung up in my face. I called back to ensure it was processed and he said very rude that it was processed. I asked him for the order number and his name and he told me I don't need his name, he didn't have the order number and that I was entitled and he hung up in my face again. I'm beyond disappointed and feel disrespected by the GM who is supposed to represent your brand. Sad to say I'll never choose to spend my money here again and it's all because of the GM onsite 5/31 @ 12pm . “Customer service counter for pickup needs to step up their IQ game. They need to check order numbers that are on the bag that's right under their noses. The order numbers do not lie. The kitchen is just manufacturing the orders. It's up to the front pick up desk to use some common sense. Glad wingstop is here. My compliments to the kitchen. Very good job.
Parking: It's a dead-end street in an industrial district & since a ghost kitchen kinda location, they have a lot of delivery company personnel coming & going, so it's not too hard to find parking. It just gets a little wild getting in or out, so u need to have some patience.
Wheelchair accessibility: It's pretty wheelchair accessible. It's all at the same level as the ground. I'm not sure if there is any handicap parking, though. You might have to go for the closest parking u can find.“
