Yokai is a Japanese-style listening bar that impresses with its superb soundscape and lively ambiance. While the entrance decor is appealing, the ambiance diminishes towards the back. The wait staff is nice, but the timing of dishes can lead to some items being cold. The food, though pricey, is consistently impressive with highlights like the focaccia, Nori chips and Tuna, Crab and asparagus, and the king salmon skewer, which is highly recommended. The scallop dish is also good, though the oxtail dish has mixed reviews due to its sour curry taste.
