15. Com Tam King Special is good but not so good as expectation when it looks like the best one which this restaurant recommended.

79. House special with beef combo is really nice. Highly recommend. We would come again because of this beef noodle. The soup and beef is delicious.

Came for the house special broken rice combo, as recommended by family. It offers a variety of Vietnamese-style meats, and we were very pleased with both the taste and the portion size. The steamed egg cake was very impressive!

Located next to a busy Asian supermarket. I went on a Friday morning, and the service was great! The food came out super quickly after ordering, and they were really spot on for me. The rolls were wrapped nicely, and the broken rice plate had the biggest portions I've gotten from a Vietnamese restaurant. Would recommend if you were craving for some grilled/ fried food. Park at the supermarket lot and walk to the restaurant located on the side.

good place to eat Broken Rice. the price are good n the portion are good as well. i dine in n to go as well n if u request for extra fish sauce they will give u 1 for no additional charges unlike the previous owner oh also they have renovated the place which more cleaner n neat

King Com Tam has a variety of Vietnamese dishes, mostly broken rice with grilled meats. My kids and I had broken rice with grilled pork, egg rolls, tau hu ky (fried shrimp wrapped tofu skin); rice noodles with grilled pork & egg rolls; pho tai; and bun bo hue. All dishes were delicious. My kids said it's the best that we've had in the San Gabriel area. The wait staff were nice and friendly. The restaurant was clean. We parked at the Hawaii market parking lot. This restaurant is affordable too. We paid about $89 for 6 dishes. We were too busy eating that I completely forgot to take pictures.

The dishes were overall tasty and came in generous portions, especially the pho. Decent prices, too.

We enjoyed the broken rice dishes; the grilled pork that came with it had a nice charred flavour and reminded us of Chinese pork jerky. We chose beef when we paid another visit, but I think the pork had better flavour.

The coffee was good, but strong. If you’re not used to caffeine, don’t expect to sleep!

Some dishes were a hit and miss. The rice cake appetiser with dried shrimp was quite bland and the broken rice special combo contained a lot of fish cake (possibly deep fried) and sausage type items, which didn’t suit our taste. It was still good, but I think we will stick to the grilled meat next time.

Regardless, good food. Happy to come again.

I got the grilled chicken and broken rice dish, and it was great. Food came out in about 5 minutes after ordering. It was tasty and fulfilling. Bathrooms were clean.

Pho is pretty and good portion. However while i was eating, a cockroach appeared on the table right beside my bowl. It’s small around an inch long but still….
