Heji Guilin Rice Noodles is an authentic Guilin Rice noodle restaurant. The food is affordable and delicious and arrived pretty quickly. The restaurant looked small from the outside but is actually quite spacious for groups of 3-4. It is also very clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind. The noodles had the perfect amount of bounce and chew. The broth was rich and milky, with that slow-cooked flavor. The rice noodles had the perfect silky texture and paired beautifully with the thinly sliced beef and fresh green vegetables. Popular meals include the double combo rice noodle w crispy pork + beef, 3 delicacy rice noodle, spicy and sour beef noodle, secret recipe braised chicken wings, braised tofu skin, and bok choy w garlic. The best part about this place is they have a self serve side dishes bar and some spicy condiments that will go so well with the noodles. Small cold dishes are free and you can get them yourself. The price is unbeatable.
