Potato Noodles is a very nice small, cozy, family-run spot selling specialty noodles and some side items. The potato noodles have a firmer, bouncy, and chewy texture, kinda like soba, served piping hot in a large, delicious broth. The mild spicy is right on spot and the flavor is exactly what was being looked for. The chicken bones side dish is also very good, fried to perfection with a decent amount of meat, flavorful and worth the price. The fusun spicy mix is an interesting combo of veggies in a sauce that is sweet, salty, spicy, and sour all at once. Portions are good, and the highest price is $13 for the house special noodle. The environment is very cute, and the staff are friendly. Overall, a great place to try something new and unique, a hidden gem.
