“Highlights of the evening were Cristina, the service, the beverages & the food!! The food was fantastic! The chef took into account our dietary needs & delivered flawlessly! Unfortunately, the server, Ana & her assistant didn't know the key ingredients of the food yet & we were led astray with the bread not containing any dairy, yet it did. One bite & we both knew. We recovered fine & the rest of the meal went off without further incident. If there were no allergy issues, this restaurant would be hands down the best place to go for a nice dinner; Sans the decor. The restaurant as a whole felt cafeteria style & not remotely commensurate with the food quality, food & beverage & service that we received. Change the interior design & this restaurant would be even better; because they nailed everything else!“

“We went in around 1pm. Not many people in there yet, which was nice for us. The waitress was very nice and served us well. The food was good. I got the honey walnut shrimp, and they were pretty huge shrimp. The orange chicken was pretty good. I got the chicken without spice for my aunt. The soba noodles were amazing, and the people I came with had the calamari and wings. They give you a stainless steel chopstick option in your silverware. I kept hearing these little things and realized it was everyone's chopsticks. I actually enjoyed the sound and added to the ambiance of the restaurant. You're right on the edge of the walkway, and people can't help but look over at what you're eating. I would definitely go back. I didn't get a before picture, but at least you can see how much we liked the food.“

“I come in maybe once a month or so, I usually get the chicken fettuccine Alfredo, or the country fried steak, both are very good. The fettuccine Alfredo is always good, sauce isn't runny or too thick either, and sits well in the stomach. Service is fine, they usually give us a booth if we ask 👍 atmosphere is fine, and surprisingly quiet for being connected to the casino. No complaints here 🎰“

“In my opinion, best BBQ spot in Hemet, and ive tried them all. My 18 month old and I had a nice picnic thanks to destination, she doesn't normally eat meat but couldn't get enough of the brisket and potato salad.
Nice people working there and can't wait to go back again :)“

Happy to make anything you can imagine and the Food truly is Fresh and combination of flavors are out of this WORLD! If you like Eel/unagi, Scallops, Crab, and avocado order the PASTOR J. “I was so impressed with this place. My food was delicious, they were playing The Grinch on their large screen,, the gentleman in charge had his small kids there while working. His son who was about ten-years-old was putting pizza boxes together, and he strolled his daughter in a stroller around asking everyone how things were. At a time like this when nobody wants to work he’s still doing it with his young son and toddler right beside him. I was truly impressed. Then on the right side of me two nice gentleman were ’there with their daughter talking about rolls and cartwheels, some meet they’d just come from with their kids and I was thinking,”Wow! What an amazing world we live in!” Blaze Pizza really opened my eyes to how much further we’ve come to a positive environment where you can do what you want or need to without backlash. I use to feel there was no hope for mankind and today, totally proven wrong. Go Blaze!!!“
