Auntie Anne's

Was craving an Auntie Anne's pretzel. Was going to order a couple on Doordash but it cost $10/pretzel there. Drove to Mall and paid $6.99/pretzel in person.

Now I see why there are no more lines for Auntie Anne's. $7? It's still the best pretzel around but it's still just a pretzel after all.

Maybe I'm just getting old, but I think a pretzel should cost less, more like $4 maybe 5 at most, not $7 & $10.

If I could give them a zero stars I would. The food was fine, BUT they changed me double the amount than what I payed! I gave them a tip, only 15% mind you, and I check my debit card and they charged me double! Saying it was a tip! I am absolutely outraged. Basically stole from me. Would NOT recommend giving a tip, since they will take advantage.

Terrible place. I bought my boys pretzels and they would not give us a glass of water. Charged over three dollars for a cheap bottle if water!!! Do not support this company

Like others have said, this place always seems to have issues and I’m not sure why. Show up at 11:45, well after their published opening time of 11:00, and be snapped at by an employee stating that they don’t open till 12. Ask for anything other than plain bites and be told that it will be a 20 min wait. I don’t recall that being an issue a few years ago so I’m guessing they simply don’t have sufficient staff. As I’m often at that mall I used to stop by on occasion but it’s the same story every time so I finally just gave up.

I really like the almond pretzels and the service is very good.

I went to this store today to buy hotdog Pratzel around 4:30 pm. I saw there are many hotdog pratzel avaialble and many other pratzel avaialble and was told to wait for another 20 minute since it is closed. I really appreciate if the store manager can help me to understand what the reason the store does not serve customer since I saw four person are working that time

Very grateful for a free pretzel on National Pretzel Day! The staff worked very hard and I'm very thankful to them! However, I can't give 5 stars because I rode my bicycle from Morgan Hill looking forward to a cinnamon pretzel. They only had about a dozen each of plain and salt pretzels. When I arrived 15 minutes before close (I know, cutting it close, sorry), I noticed staff was already cleaning and starting to close. When I worked retail, even on special business holidays (420 at a dispensary) we'd never start closing until all customers were *fully* served that arrived before (or a few seconds before) closing time. I know it's frustrating, but maybe, start cleaning at 7:00:01, not before? The staff was gracious to keep selling the leftovers (plain and salt) for about 10 minutes after the official closing time, but again, nothing new was prepared between 6:45 and official closing time. Given the holiday, and the fact I was there in time for a fresh cinnamon pretzel, I can't give 5 stars. Otherwise, I made sure to personally thank the staff for their hard work on their busiest day of the year. Again, THANK YOU.

The cashier lady was very rude! Will not return to this place

There's always something wrong with this place. There was times that It's cash only. Then they don't open on time. And today they don't have regular pretzels. Everything is pretzel bites. And the stuff are kinda rude. Like they make up their own rules like they own the place.

The lady with short blond hair was rude, I asked her for two pepperoni nuggets she only gave me one and when I told her I ordered two she said "you only said one" in a rude way then when she gave me the other one it wasn't even the pepperoni nuggets they were plain.

The girl there was rude & didn’t say one moment or anything .

We waited in line for 15 minutes, stay pretzel was in the oven she said that it needs 5 minutes but we need to go and stand in line again. I told her but it will be gone then I need to go and wait again. They said that’s the policy . Using it for my kids and they got disappointed. Very rude employees and the policy doesn’t make any sense.
