Banh cuon is one of my favorites, so I was looking forward to this place while visiting from out of town. We beat the afternoon rush (line) though the place was already packed. I ordered the #1 banh cuon dac biet. It was good, but not extraordinary. My mom had the bi cuon and she noted that they put ground black pepper in it, which is not what you'd normally do. I'm glad I came here, but there is no reason to come back.

This is one of those places you just want to rate super low so people who don't know stay far away from it. It's that good. Should not be shared with the world because the food is incredible on every level. The more people know the longer the line and the lines are long. Expect a 20 minute wait at least. About the same amount of time to get your drink order.

Yummy and fresh ingredients!
Bánh cuốn is made of rich rice liquid to steam it into like a thin noodle wrap which they made it too thick and that makes the texture not soft enough in your mouth… thin and soft which is the best made of Bánh Cuốn. Soda chanh muối (lemon preserves in the salt for quite a long period of time) not worth to try. Unfortunately this is the opinion of a person from the east coast 😔

It did not meet expectations. We came on Sunday before noon to try the food.
The service is bad. They setup the tables on the outside walkway during cold weather and windy (!) service was slow. The Banh Cuon was just ok, nothing special!
It's a one-time try and that's it! Not worth to come back! Wasted money.
got the rice rolls #1 and it was delicious. came at like 1:30pm and they were all sold out of their appetizers like spring rolls, pork skin rolls, bo bie, etc.
for sure will be coming back at an earlier time to try the appetizers
Horrible customer service, said they would charge us for cooked bean sprouts. Saw we called them over but walked away. Server wearing air pods in.
Busy for lunch even after 2pm on a Friday. We ordered 2 banh cuon beef, additional fried potatoes with shrimp a bun moc noodle soup. Food arrived quickly. The soup was new to us, gave a variety of meatballs to try, noodles really thin and the produce on the side was nice. The banh cuon was fine, I prefer a softer noodle. Service was nice and efficient.

Good meat but the wrapper can be thinner
The service girl is very poor. Shout to customers.

I've been wanting to try this place for a while, but the afternoon crowds always deterred me. So, I decided to come early on a Saturday morning, and I'm glad I did! There were plenty of seats available, and the service was quick and efficient.
The menu is simple, but that's what makes it so appealing. The banh cuon was the star of the show. The texture was perfect, and the flavor was even better than I remember from Tay Ho. The bun moc was a delightful surprise. It was simple, but the flavors were so well-balanced.
The restaurant was also very clean, with tables being cleared promptly. I'll definitely be back to try more of their offerings!

We waited in line for 25 minutes , sat down and they said the rice roll takes 30min, we said ok.
We waited for 30min they came to ask if we want the non rice roll now. We said yes. Then we waited another 15min still no rice roll, we asked them when, they said another 20 min. I said you said it was gonna be 30 when we ordered. Then they said another 14min. Is this a math problem?? Where did that come from?
After an hour waiting, we got the rice roll and it was very mediocre. Idk why dim sum has instant rice rolls but here takes an hour.
We only got water refill once. The restaurant wasn’t the cleanest.
One staff did help with the sun shade so that was nice.
