About Bafang Dumpling

Bafang Dumpling is a casual restaurant known for its flavorful noodle soups and delicious potstickers. The noodle bowls are tasty and worth trying, with some guests favoring their old fashioned noodles and wonton soup. The signature potstickers are especially popular, remaining warm and crunchy even after delivery, and are juicy with a fresh cabbage filling. Many reviewers mention that the dumplings are great, but some prefer the texture of the potstickers over the dumplings. The restaurant offers prepackaged frozen dumplings at the counter, allowing customers to enjoy their favorite dishes at home.

The food is generally considered good value for the price, with reasonable costs and large portions. Service is fast, with food often ready within minutes, even during busy times. The restaurant setup resembles a chipotle-style chain, with self-service for dine-in customers and a decent amount of seating, although some locations may lack dine-in seating. The restaurant is also noted for its clean environment and a condiments station that includes soy sauce, garlic sauce, chili sauce, and sesame oil.

Music plays a role in creating a relaxed atmosphere, with some locations featuring a playlist of 90's hip hop that adds to the dining experience. Overall, Bafang Dumpling is appreciated for its tasty, affordable dishes, friendly service, and convenient options for both dine-in and takeout.

Delicious dumplings and fantastic service!
This is an authentic Taiwanese fast-food restaurant. It’s usually pretty crowded, and it can be hard to find a seat, so it’s probably better for takeout. The restaurant is mostly self-service and doesn’t ask for tips. The food comes out really quickly.

The prices are surprisingly affordable, and the food quality was way better than I expected. We ordered the fried dumplings, which are probably the most famous dish, and the fried pork chop rice. Both were delicious!
Great food and environment. My friend recommended it to me.
