There's not much to say about the ice cream itself. It's standard fare that you get anywhere. What sets apart this store is the service which is spotty at best. We live like 4 blocks from here and come to this store regularly.
The service is usually good when it's someone but what appears to be the owner. The older gentleman is cranky at best and stingy at worst.
The last time we were there, I asked for a large milkshake for my two kids hoping to split it between them. The guy refused to give me an extra plastic cup saying if he gives me one, he will have to charge me for 2 small milkshakes. I told him I will bring it home and split it and hope that's ok (I was being sarcastic). It didn't even register in him. 🤦🏽♂️

The employees who made our beverages were polite and great but the Store and the store system is horrible and now on I will never go to this Baskin-Robbins. The store system does not accept any kind of promo or discount coupons while the same are accepted at any other Baskin-Robbins.

Three scoop sundae with everything on it. So awesome. Just a great dessert. Place is clean, staff is friendly and the fudge is hot

My daughter's ice cream wasn't pushed down and secured to the cone. It fell off immediately. It was not replaced. I had to buy another one. The young woman was indifferent and not courteous. She just scowled as we struggled to clean up the mess she created. If you visit this location, bring your own napkins as they can not afford to provide them for their customers.
