Perfectly curated for a more personalized omakase experience. Everyone was welcoming, conversive, and attentive. I've dined with Sushi by Bou at different locations but each location never falls short of flavor delivery. Definitely a go to spot.
Tiny spot, distinctly different ambiance than your usual omakase, but the food was excellent, really high quality and made with skill. The space is tiny so everyone sort of chats together. The manager was friendly and generous!
I booked Sushi by Bou Nomad for our sisters night out. We expected a typical omakase dinner but Adrian and Chef Koichi made our experience truly fun and unforgettable. As soon as Adrian realized we had the entire place to ourselves, he asked us which music we wanna listen to and I think that was brilliant.
