We ordered two custom birthday cakes in the past 10 months. Each time they delivered exactly what we asked and on time. Great customer service. Owner was very attentive and accommodating. Cakes tested great, guests loved it.

Dang. Ordered ice cream via door dash and what we received was like less than half what is normal. Three scoops my daughter got didn't even come up to the rim of the cup they put it in. My single scoop is an airy half size. What the heck, BR!

Just went to this store to buy an ice cream cake for my daughter's birthday celebration this evening. The clerk was not very helpful and indeed rude. With no other customers around, the clerk didn't come out to help us select the cake; after we selected and tried to order, she ask us ' which one' from the front desk, she finally had to come out to see the one we chose.
