Absolutely amazing experience at Baskin-Robbins! I recently tried their warm browning Sunday with extra hot fudge, and it was beyond delicious. The combination of warm brownie, cold ice cream, and rich hot fudge was a taste sensation like no other. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and every bite was pure bliss. The ice cream changed my life. The smooth texture of each flavor really unlocked a neuron in my cranium I didn't even know I had! I recommend getting the Rocky Road flavor as it's the best flavor they have and the employees love scooping it!

The San Jose BR has a new rude employee- said there is no such thing as a kids cone"- and proceeded to give a lecture re sizes. All I asked was for a kids cone! Refused to give water when our child got something in his eye in the store- said buy the bottled water. There used to be a gentleman who was polite but this new lady Dianna has no customer service to pass on.

Great service. Gets busy at times but overall one of my favorite places. during the summer this place is amazing to go to. They have so many flavories and the cast of helpers behind the counter are so attentive.

The ice creams are good but the place is filthy. Tables are not cleaned and have all kind of stains. Same with floors.

Ice cream was good - except while eating my ice cream there was a young gentleman dusting the counter tops and glass and cleaning off duster with bare hands - another customer came in and before helping them noticed that he never even washed his hands or put on gloves

It's ok. There are better ice cream places than this. It's like your in the neighborhood quick stop if you don't want to spend too much time trying to find the perfect ice cream place. They have most of the regular flavors covered. They have 31% off every 31st of the month.
Service was good but ice cream is terrible. We got the ice cream cake flavor and just a normal Oreo milk shake. Both the ice cream and milk shake were way too milky. It tasted like eating straight up milk with sugar.

I usually come here at night. There's a lot of high schoolers working the counter. The place is small and has AC. You will notice the sign on the door to keep the door shut. on the 31st of the month you can get 31% off your order at this location. i was helped by an Asian kid with glasses. He seems to hate his job. That's why i give them 3 stars. Most of the people here seem unfriendly except one short girl. She's very nice and smiling. i forgot to get her name but she's about 5'0, blonde hair. Otherwise, the scoops are small and pricing is a bit more expensive than other BR places.

Hands-down my daughters and I left that place very disappointed. They had terrible customer service. There were three workers and all three of them acknowledged that we walked through that door waiting to be assist knowing that there was other customers in front of us. my daughters were looking at flavors but I was paying attention to see you who was going to help us and they kept on helping other customers that entered after us. I felt like that was wrong of them and I really didn't appreciate it whatsoever. My daughters and I left establishment after seeing that no one wanted to help is or even tell us that they'll help us. And those customers that were helped before us that entered after us knew that we were next but yet didn't bother to say hey they were next in line. There is no form of line whatsoever. I honestly would never go back to that location again. At that moment I honestly felt a little discriminated against because we were the only Asian ones in there and the rest of them were Hispanic.
