The bagels here are the best bagels I've ever had. They are perfectly slightly crisp on the outside but fluffy and soft on the inside and always fresh. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the marinara cheese bagel, instead of actually having marinara there was a tomato flavored cream cheese on it that did not taste very good. Their plain cream cheese was absolutely amazing though.

The staff was very friendly and helpful but not too fast. This was acceptable because they were extremely busy for such a small place.
The only reason for the 4 stars is the quality of the rather expensive doughnuts. While they were decent enough, they tasted heavily of the semi-burned oil they were cooked in. It seemed as if the dough was not cold enough when put in the fryer and was just soaked right up along with that taste. I am not sure if this is a regular occurrence...
