Lived in San Jose for 20 years and never knew about Bibo's. But we really enjoyed it and we'll come back again for certain.

We only had two items, but both were quite good. The caesar salad was fairly basic but great dressing. But we really, really liked the pizza. We had half pepperoni, half sausage and mushroom. The pizza is New York style and has that floppy thing going. So bet to fold it in half when you eat. BTW they charged me the combination...

The food was enjoyable. We ordered the truffle pizza and pasta, and both were delicious. However, we were the only customers on Sunday afternoon, which made the place feel empty. Our biggest issue was the 18% service fee added to the bill upfront.
