Nice place, wine was excellent, but maybe you guys need more space.
Delicious! First time there and had a meal on the outside towards the back of restaurant. Had a few different appetizers but I'd say go with the calamari as it's lightly breaded yet had the crunch and the squid soft and easy to eat. Great wine selection. For my main meal was the Filet Mignon dinner special. It was supposed to come with veggies and the meat in truffle sauce. Everything in my order was correct except the sauce on the filet mignon didn't taste nor look like truffle...read full review
My “have to” stop when I fly out of San Jose. Their food is fantastic and the service is impeccable. Tonight it was Swordfish carpaccio for starting the journey followed by lamb shank ossobuco. Fantastic flavor, love that they put a lot of carrots with it. A glass of Negro Amaro Cantele Salento off of their extensive wine list goes perfectly.

Piazza Piccola Italia offers delicious pasta and fantastic service, with amazing desserts like tiramisu. The lamb chops are a crowd favorite, and the fresh pasta is a must-try. The tiramisu cake is described as out of this world. The ambience is great for a date night, though parking can be a challenge during events. The Farfarelle Salmon and Moda dishes are excellent choices, despite slightly slow service and a host who can be a bit neurotic. The patio seating adds to the nice atmosphere. While prices may be a bit high, the quality of the food makes it worth the visit.
The restaurant is located in a fun little neighborhood, with both indoor and outdoor seating. The staff is super attentive and helpful, greeting customers as soon as they enter. Reservations are recommended, but they do their best to accommodate walk-ins. There is a small, well-stocked bar at the entrance and a good selection of wine.
