Overall, it was a good experience. Customer service was okay. Wished the server had checked in on us more often. Food was great. They had this coconut snail dish that was good. The soursop smoothie was definitely an exotic flavor--something uncommon when it comes to drinks. Really modern decor. Would be returning soon.

One of the only Asian restaurants open on Lunar New Years I was happy to see and be served some Vietnamese cuisine. However that was not the case in my situation. The server that took my order had forgotten to place in my meal and as a result we waited 15 minutes until I waived one of the servers down to ask. Apparently not only was the order was not punched in but the person taking my order had left without us being notified so. Service was lacking in terms of the restaurant trying to rectifying the issue. The food that was served to my colleagues was good and I'd like to try some of the other dishes that were on the menu however I am weary to come back again and to do business.

The cracked Lobster was excellent and inexpensive for what we got. Also; recommend oc salid and the hot pot sour soup. The waiter and waitress did a good job. We will be back.

TLDR; This place has no idea how to run a restaurant-- go elsewhere. Came here with my family (of 7) and waited 10 minutes to be seated despite 1/3 of the restaurant being empty (low on staff)-- during Lunar New Year weekend! Here's my awful experience in order: 1) Had to wait to be seated even though there were plenty of open tables. The host (who I believe was the owner) crossed our name off the list mistaking us for another party and when being asked why he crossed out our name, he was like "I just seated them"... uhm, no you didn't. 2) Finally got seated and was hungry and excited to eat. We really came here to eat lau (hotpot) and oc (snails). After tirelessly looking through the menu and deciding on all the oc we were going to order, the waiter tells us there is no oc. Wait, not just that there is none, but here is the exact translation (from Vietnamese) from what the waiter said: "we have snails, like in stock, but there's no one to cook it". Huh?!? We literally saw another table's order of snails come out 5 minutes ago... did the chef just decide to go home? 3) Annoyed as we were, decided to just order 1 hotpot (then go somewhere else to eat oc) since we were hungry and already waited to get seated. Well, ordered lau canh chua and it was so sweet and awful. 4) Could not get a hold of anyone to give us the check so we could gtfo. In the meantime, a young waitress with an attitude was pacing back and forth with orders while looking like she was ready to kill somebody, even grunting loudly to make it clear she was annoyed and hated her job.

Just another restaurant, "com nieu" but it's not available unless you want to wait for half an hour for it.

this place has large menu where most items are not available. it's fine if you dont have stuff, but please just change your menu then. I also asked for vn salad wo peanuts and they asked if fried onion was ok. we assumed it was bc they are trying to be attentive, but then later gave us snails w peanuts on it! at least they were willing to remake it. I had high hopes for this place and have tried it a few times, but it is overpriced, overpromising, and you should just eat elsewhere.

We got in the last weekend to get some snails dishes, absolutely, yeah, impressed by fancy cozy design and large space. Food is okay, it's fresh, but the customer service was excellent. Will come back whenever I have a chance!

Let's start with Happy Lunar New Years! I came to this place with my family (6 of us) and clearly we made 6 orders. Only 3 orders!!! Came out and my other two brothers were sitting and just watching us eat our bowls. Sadly they died of hunger, metaphorically speaking. Anyways the food I ordered (number 31 Hieu Tieu) was decently good, but the service was horrible. Great environment though, nice design and art.

The lobster meal is good. The hot pot is not quite yummy and the service is a bit slow. By the way, The place is clean. There are many customers come to have a dinner here.

Came here last night and will never again. Ordered two noodle dishes. After waiting over 30 minutes, asked the waiter to check on our order. He came back, asked us to order something else because our original order was going to be long. How many more minutes? Another 25 minutes he said. We told them to cancel everything and left after paying for our appetizer. Ridiculous!

Had high hopes for the place but unfortunately was disappointed. Slow, unreliable service. Sub-par to average food. Got the "hot pot" but it wasn't a hot pot at all but a Viet soup. The inside is a normal, clean place but was also blasting children's singalong music. That was very random and also not very professional. Lastly as others have said it's also pricey. For five people and two drinks, it ended up being over $110. Would not go back.

Great food and customer service. 1. Lobster noodle: delicious with a lot of black peppers. 2. Salted egg fried rice: On point! 3. Their snails are also good too.
