Best carnitas I've tried. I ordered by the pound I get the carnitas mixtas with comes with meat, cuerito buche & rib very well cooked great flavor the only thing is I Wish they gaved more salsas when you order by the pound great flavor and well cooked
I was looking for a new place to eat and I saw construction workers leaving this place usually a good sign so I decided to check them out. The service was prompt and courteous. I ordered a regular burrito and I wasn't disappointed. The carnitas are savory and delicious. The salsas that accompanied them were the perfect complement good flavor not too spicy. I would definitely recommend it.

I was in San Jose and had time to burn during the lunch hour. Decided to try Carnitas El Rincon-Alum Rock for some street tacos. Located in a strip mall with many narrow storefronts and banner signs, the restaurant is difficult to find. Look for the white metal security door. Parking is a challenge. As soon as you step in the restaurant, you are greeted with the delicious smell of carnitas.
