I love carnitas. Every where I go I get carnitas. These were by far the worse tasting carnitas. The manteca was reused, burnt manteca.. you can taste it in the carnitas. The salsas were great!

Delicious food, beautiful environment, incredible staff. I felt like I walked into a fantastic traditional Mexican restaurant! The staff were incredibly nice, & the environment was perfect, clean and modern. Best of all worlds!

I originally was a patron of their Gilroy location, but then I found out there is this store, in San Jose! This location has been consistent with service and food, I would recommend. Their flour tortillas are fresh and thin and the carnitas is so flavorful. I regularly purchase their complete meal with carnitas, flour tortillas, red and green salsa, rice beans and pickled jalapeño with carrots along with a side of onion, cilantro and lemon. Yummmm tostada and burrito are also...
