“Did an online order for pick up and things overall go smoothly. The guy that gave me the order is really nice but their kitchen staff is messing some orders up in the five minutes that I am there. They also miss my drink when they bring out my order. Some employees seem like they can’t focus on one job then go to another. They jump from kitchen then cashier then forget some items on your order. Make sure to check your order to ensure you get all you ordered before you leave.“
“I witnessed troubling behavior from a Genie Pool employee while waiting in the Chick-fil-A drive-thru in San Jose. Despite the staff working efficiently and professionally, this individual kept honking impatiently, clearly frustrated that things weren’t moving fast enough.
One of the employees—who I later learned was working on her birthday—was visibly shaken by the honking. She was trembling while trying to do her job, and it was hard to watch. That kind of aggressive behavior doesn’t just reflect poorly on the person—it reflects on the company they represent.
If this is how Genie Pool employees conduct themselves in public, I wouldn’t feel comfortable hiring them for any service. Professionalism and basic human decency matter.

“One of the only restaurants packed in the SJ airport. Lines move fast, all items are cooked fresh so it’s worth the 5-10m wait for hot food. They don’t penny & nickel you over how many sauces you want either. Service is really nice & friendly. I couldn’t read the menu because I didn’t have my glasses and the cashier read off the options. Very sweet.“

Cleaned the table just for us to sit down and then came by to throw away the trash on our tray - both things we didn't ask for and wouldn't have minded if they didn't do. Phenomenal customer service!“
