Cielo, located in Hotel Valencia, is a stunning rooftop bar in San Jose known for its spectacular sunset views. Guests can enjoy a glass of champagne around gaslit fire pits while taking in the sights. Although drinks are on the pricier side, the good customer service and beautiful atmosphere make it a great spot for a date night. It is open only during the summer months, so planning ahead is recommended.
