Esme deserves a raise! The customer service at this location was truly outstanding. I had accidentally called this store instead of the Valley Fair location, and thank goodness for Esme she went above and beyond to help me. She was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. I can only hope Valley Fair hires a manager like her someday. I do not recommend the Valley Fair location at all. “Oscar” gave me, hands down, the worst customer service I’ve received in all my 67 years. Esme, on the other hand, was amazing from start to finish professional, understanding, and a true example of excellent service. Will be going out of my way to go to THIS coldstone. Once again thank you esme for your help and I’m sorry for all the coughing.

My daughter went to order my ice cream after picking up her ice and they said they closed at 9:15 and it says they close at 10:30pm!!! I’m very upset I have never had this issue!! And the ice cream my daughter ordered was melted!!!

I Was going to Coldstone Creamery with my child they have many good flavors to choose from and Friendly staff. I got a child sized Ice cream and they Take my kid out of its stroller and put ice cream on its head and sprinkles. Lots of Chaos But in the end Now I have an ice cream flavored child. 10/10 Thank you.

Doordashed some coffee lovers only and seriously got more than i paid for. Whoever made this deserves a weekend off with pay. You seriously gained another customer. This is the best ive had in years. Bless you.

2023 today. We often visited Cold Stone years ago. It is NOTHING like it used to be. Ice cream itself is definitely not the same. We thought it would be a treat to go after years of not going, but we will never go again.
