Esme deserves a raise! The customer service at this location was truly outstanding. I had accidentally called this store instead of the Valley Fair location, and thank goodness for Esme she went above and beyond to help me. She was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. I can only hope Valley Fair hires a manager like her someday. I do not recommend the Valley Fair location at all. “Oscar” gave me, hands down, the worst customer service I’ve received in all my 67 years....

I Was going to Coldstone Creamery with my child they have many good flavors to choose from and Friendly staff. I got a child sized Ice cream and they Take my kid out of its stroller and put ice cream on its head and sprinkles. Lots of Chaos But in the end Now I have an ice cream flavored child. 10/10 Thank you.
