Definitely not the best Shake Shack. May be due to event of free chicken shack, the fried chicken in the burger was burnt. However, the truffle shack was AMAZING. It daid it id limited time only, but wish they jeep the menu. It is my favorite menu in Shack now.
Five stars for outstanding service! I had a great experience at Shake Shack, almost entirely thanks to Frankie (Francisco) at The Helm.
