The store is supposed to be closed at 9pm, and I came at 8:40pm, and the staff said it’s closed already.

Very delicious ice creams and super spectacular and resolved ice cream shakes, good place ? ?
I love Orange Julius, but this place has the rudest employee who leaves you standing there while he’s texting on his phone, and then tells you it will be a 15 min wait for 3 drinks. This wasn’t the first time this happened at this location either. I was giving them a second chance too…customer service has gone downhill?. I got me a Starbucks only a few feet away.
They are supposed to be open until 8pm but I was told at 7:40pm they were closed already. If you want to close at 7:30pm just change your hours. Very unprofessional.

no consistency. I don't want coconut in my drink but the Asian female who makes my drink says they can't stop the coconut. But if the guys make it there is no coconut in my drink ...train the girls please and I'll give ya 5 stars
Orange Julius ir now DQ at oakridge. Can never go wrong with icecream or smoothies.
